Conditions of USE of the WEBSITE
2. ATTRIBUTION OF THE STATUS OF USER OF THE WEBSITE
The use of www.rollingstockcargoexperts.com (henceforth the “WEBSITE”) attributes the status of user of the website and implies full acceptance without modification of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published by MULTITRADE SPAIN S.L. (henceforth “MULTITRADE”) at the moment when the user accesses the WEBSITE. As a result, the user must read these conditions carefully every time they intend to use the WEBSITE, as they are subject to change.
MULTITRADE reserves the right to change the conditions of use of the WEBSITE, and it is the User’s obligation to review these conditions regularly.
These conditions of use are intended to regulate user access to, and browsing of, the WEBSITE. These conditions also regulate the relationship between the users and MULTITRADE when the former use the WEBSITE offered by MULTITRADE for any purpose.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

If any User or third party should consider that any facts or circumstances reveal improper use of any content and/or performance of any activity on the web pages included in, or accessible through, the WEBSITE, and particularly a breach of intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, industrial models and drawings, commercial brands and names, etc.), a breach of the duties and obligations provided for in these conditions, or violation of other rights, they must email email@example.com to inform MULTITRADE, and including the following:
(a) Personal details of the claimant: name, address, telephone number and email address;
(b) Details of the suspected unlawful activity carried out on the WEBSITE and particularly, in the event of a supposed breach of rights, precise and specific indication of the protected content and its location in the web pages;
(c) Facts or circumstances revealing the unlawful nature of this activit;
(d) In the case of breach of rights, the personal details of the holder of the supposedly breached rights.
(e) Express, clear declaration under the responsibility of the claimant that the information provided in the notification is true, and of the improper nature of the use of the content or performance of the activities described.
MULTITRADE will immediately proceed to take all measures to correct or remove said data or content, as applicable.
All services of software use are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other laws and treaties on intellectual property. All rights to title and intellectual property over the content accessed by means of the WEBSITE are the property of MULTITRADE or of the respective owner and are also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The terms and use of the MULTITRADE WEBSITE or any service offered by MULTITRADE will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, and the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain) in respect of any dispute arising from the use of this service.
